The Texas Housing Conference headquarters is located three blocks south of the Texas Capitol at 221 E. 9th Street, Ste. 408, Austin, TX 78701. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. M-T and 8:00 a.m. - 12 noon on Friday.
