WHat's new for 2010
Located in the Four Seasons Ballroom, our exhibit hall will include forty three (43) 8’x10’ exhibit booths at $1,500 and one 10' x 20' exhibit booth (reserved for Diamond Partner). New bar and buffet locations located inside the exhibit hall will increase foot traffic and exposure for your booth. Please refer to the Exhibitor Package for more details.

BOOTH ATTENDEES
Due to the unique structure of the Texas Housing Conference agenda, ALL BOOTH ATTENDEES MUST BE REGISTERED at the full conferece rate. Full conference registration includes the following:
- Openning Session Ticket
- Access to all educational sessions
- Exhibit hall pass
- 1 networking breakfast
- Morning/afternoon refreshments and snacks
- 1 brunch ticket
- 1 luncheon ticket
- 2 reception tickets, including our signature Wine Trail.

Set-Up
Once you register as an Exhibitor, Freeman Decorating will send you an "Exhibitor Service Kit" by e-mail or traditional mail. To ensure proper handling of exhibits, please make sure the correct contact person is listed on the exhibitor form.
Set-up: Monday, July 26, 2010 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Breakdown: Tuesday, July 27, 2010 @ 7 p.m.

Package/Delivery
All displays, exhibits, decorations, and equipment must enter and exit the Hotel through the receiving entrance and/or security office. Delivery and pick-up times must be coordinated with the Hotel in advance.
Exhibitors have the option of Warehouse Shipping (directly to Freeman Decorating Warehouse) or Show Site Shipping (directly to the Four Seasons Hotel). Warehouse shipping is preferred; however, Show Site shipping must be coordinated in advance by contacting the Four Seasons Hotel at 512.478.4500.
Audio Visual/Personal property
All A/V equipment needs must be coordinated with the Texas Housing Conference staff prior to the start of the Conference.
