Set-Up

The Freeman Company will provide all logistics services for exhibitors. Please contact the Freeman Company for required exhibitor forms and information on delivery and shipment of exhibit materials at donicio.rubalcava@freemanco.com or call 210-554-2030.

» Set-up: July 23, 2012 @ 10 a.m.

» Breakdown: July 24, 2012 @ 7:30 p.m.

 

Package/Delivery

» Exhibitors have the option of Warehouse Shipping (directly to Freeman Decorating Warehouse). All displays, exhibits, decorations, and equipment that cannot be transported by the exhibitor must be coordinated with Freeman Decorating in advance. Shipment directly to the Four Seasons Hotel will incur a fee to be determined by the Four Seasons Hotel and Texas Housing Conference management.
